Food Production Operative – Rugby

Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:30

Thursday to Monday (5 out of 7 days)

Ongoing Position

We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join one of our busy food production clients based in Rugby.

This is a hands-on role working on the production side, helping with the preparation and packing of baked goods. Duties will include:

  • Frying baked products
  • Packing and boxing products
  • Moving products into the chiller
  • General production line duties
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Shift Pattern:

  • Thursday to Monday
  • Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:30
  • Saturday shift is a mid shift: 10:00 – 18:00
  • Working 5 days out of 7

This is an ongoing position with immediate starts available.
