Food Production Operative

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for Hatchery Operatives on behalf of a well-established and growing client in the Wrexham area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing poultry in a hatchery environment

• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and animal welfare are maintained

• Assisting with the cleaning and preparation of equipment and work areas

• Following strict health and safety procedures

• Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Comfortable with early morning start times (3:00 AM – 4:00 AM)

• Ability to work in a warm and humid environment

• Good attention to detail and a responsible attitude

• Own transport is desirable due to shift times and location

• No previous experience required – full training will be provided

This is a physically active role and best suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work. Full support and training will be given to ensure you succeed in the role.
