Location: Westminster, Central London
Salary: £40,000 Basic + Overtime
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Foot Mobile Commercial Plumber to join a growing and well-established building services company covering prestigious commercial properties across Westminster and Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a plumber with a strong commercial maintenance background who is looking for long-term stability, ongoing training, and progression into senior-level positions.

The Role

As a Foot Mobile Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings within Zones 1 & 2.

Duties will include:

• General plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Reactive fault finding and first-time fixes
• TMV servicing and maintenance
• Pipework repairs and replacements
• Pumps, valves, taps, toilets and drainage works
• Working on commercial plant room systems
• PPMs and compliance checks
• Liaising with clients and building managers professionally

Requirements

• NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent
• Proven experience within commercial building maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good client-facing communication skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Stable work history within FM/building services preferred

Package & Benefits
