Full-Time | 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern
£13.36 per hour | Weekly Pay

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Forklift Driver / Operative to join a busy and fast-paced production and yard environment within a forward-thinking plastics and environmental solutions company.

The Role

• Operating a forklift truck to move materials safely across site
• Driving between local sites to collect and transport materials
• Supporting general yard and production duties as required
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Always adhering to health & safety procedures

Working Hours & Benefits

• 4 on 4 off shift pattern (day shifts only)
• 6:00am - 4:00pm, with a 30-minute break
• Work approximately 8.5 months of the year while being paid for a full 12 months
• Weekly pay
• Temp to perm after 13 weeks
• Christmas shutdown
• £430 voucher bonus at the end of the year

Requirements

• Valid forklift licence (in-house licences accepted)
• Full UK driving licence (essential for travel between sites)
• Previous experience within a warehouse, yard, or production environment
• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
