Forklift Driver

We are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Forklift Drivers for a busy and fast-paced operation based in Wigan. This is a seasonal role running through to the end of August, with the potential to become a permanent position for reliable and high-performing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Reach Truck forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
• Moving stock within racking systems and warehouse locations
• Picking and replenishing stock using reach equipment
• Conducting daily equipment checks and reporting faults
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Working Hours:

• Shifts start between 04:00 and 20:00
• Shift length: 8 to 10 hours
• Flexibility required to meet business needs

Pay Rate:

• £13.50 to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift pattern

Requirements:

• Valid, in-date Reach Truck forklift licence (essential)
• Proven experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse environment
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
