Salary: Up to £35,000–£40,000
Overview We are looking for a Workshop Forklift Engineer to join a well-established and supportive engineering team based in the Royal Leamington Spa area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who prefers hands-on workshop-based work, with strong earning potential and long-term career stability.

- Service, repair, and overhaul of forklift trucks and material handling equipment
- Diagnose faults and complete detailed mechanical and electrical repairs
- Strip down, rebuild, and refurbish components within a workshop environment
- Carry out planned maintenance and pre-delivery inspections (PDI’s)
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Background in Plant, Forklift, HGV, Automotive, or Agricultural engineering
- Ideally Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification
- Strong workshop-based mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
