FP&A Analyst / Finance Manager

Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be recruiting an FP&A Analyst to join a leading international engineering and manufacturing business. This role combines responsibility for the financial performance of the UK entity with wider support for an international business line operating across multiple countries.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis to support business performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly management reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of group financial reports
• Manage rolling forecasts and annual budget processes
• Oversee Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting for major projects
• Deliver insightful analysis on financial and operational performance
• Support consolidated reporting and business line planning activities
• Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis and business partnering support
• Drive improvements in reporting processes and financial controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the UK and international operations

Key skills / qualifications:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Strong experience in management reporting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management abilities
• Experience within a multi-entity, project-based or international environment is advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP, Tagetik or similar systems would be beneficial
