Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Halifax – Groundworks - £400 a day (Neg)
- Immediate start available
- Initial 12 month contract (up to 4 years work)
- Management of a £10m groundworks package for residential builds
- Groundworks experience ideal / civil engineering experience essential
- Site based role with occasional travel required to a site in Leeds
- Managing cost and value on site for both self delivery and subcontracted works
- Outside IR35
- £400 a day – negotiable dependent upon experience
