Site Manager – Kirkcaldy (Nights)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a short-term project in Kirkcaldy, commencing start of July for a duration of 2 weeks.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS
• Black CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work certification
• Previous experience managing construction sites
• Strong health & safety knowledge
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standard
• Manage site personnel and subcontractors
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
• Maintain site records and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

• Location: Kirkcaldy
• Start Date: Start of July
• Duration: 2 Weeks
• Rate: Competitive (DOE)
