Production Team Leader – Food Manufacturing

We are recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a fast-paced food manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role focused on driving production performance, leading teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations across processing and packing
- Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved
- Motivate, manage, and support production staff on shift
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety
- Monitor HACCP and quality procedures
- Reduce downtime, waste, and improve operational efficiency
- Liaise with engineering and maintenance teams to keep production running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience within food manufacturing
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Good IT skills and knowledge of production systems
