The Opportunity

Our client, a luxury hospitality business is looking for housekeepers to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your role is to contribute to the Front of House Team to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of Guest Experience. You will be responsible for delivering the daily front of house service and operations effectively and efficiently

Key Responsibilities

  • You'll be a natural team player, always happy to help others.

  • Provide guests with a consistency warm welcome, organic interactions and excellent service levels

  • Partner with housekeeping and chef teams to enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Fulfil the housekeeping function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required

Requirements

Essential

  • You will be a warm, engaging and approachable individual with a background in hospitality.
  • You will thrive on consistently providing remarkable experiences in a fast moving environment, a natural host and able to make guests feel at ease in a relaxed yet refined way. 
  • You will be a clear communicator and a natural problem solver with a great attitude and a willingness to really help your team.

Whats on Offer

  • 40 hours per week, permanent contract
  • £13.72p/h
  • Accommodation available
  • Meal provided on shift
