Front of House Manager - FERNDOWN - Day shifts only - 38 hour contract - salary circa £36-42 DOE

We are recruiting for a Front of House Manager to join a busy and customer-focused hospitality operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced restaurant, café, hotel or hospitality manager looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role:
• Lead, motivate and develop a Front of House team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Oversee all customer-facing service areas
• Manage recruitment, training and performance of team members
• Handle customer feedback and ensure consistently high service standards
• Support sales, labour and operational targets
• Work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement and business performance

What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in a Front of House, Restaurant or Hospitality Management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing rotas, labour costs and operational performance
• Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills
• Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards
• A positive, energetic and hands-on leadership style

What’s on offer:

  •  Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience
