Front of House / Hospitality Team Member Family-Owned Village Gastro Pub with Bed & Breakfast Rooms

We are a welcoming, family-run village gastro pub with nine charming bed and breakfast rooms, known for our warm atmosphere, quality food, and excellent guest experience. We are looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our hospitality team.

Role responsibilities:

• Delivering excellent customer service to both pub, restaurant and B&B guests
• Supporting breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• Assisting with guest check-ins and general front-of-house duties
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Working hours: Shifts are varied and will include:
• Breakfast and lunch shifts
• Split shifts (lunch and dinner service)
• Occasional long days
• Evenings and weekends (essential)
• You will typically receive two days off per week.

About you:

• Friendly, positive, and hard-working
• Flexible and able to work a range of shifts
• A strong team player with good communication skills
• Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
