We’re looking for two energetic, proactive, and genuinely welcoming Front of House Hosts to join our team. If you’re someone who uses your initiative, loves engaging with people, and brings a positive, smiley presence to work every day, we want to hear from you.

About the Role You’ll be the face of our Professional Services Hub, delivering a warm welcome and a 5‑star service to staff, visitors, VIPs, contractors, and partners. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, professional concierge-style reception service

• Be the first point of contact for staff and visitors

• Manage visitor check-ins, passes, and general enquiries

• Carry out daily floor checks, reporting issues and supporting maintenance coordination

• Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are always ready to use

• Handle deliveries, post, and courier items

• Liaise with security, facilities, hospitality, and events teams

• Maintain high visual and service standards across the space

• Support events, room bookings, and catering set-ups

• Be flexible, helpful, and proactive at all times

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-of-house roles is a bonus
