Title – Front of house security

Pay Rate – £13.53

Location – Southend on sea

Shift Timings – Full time, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a reliable and professional Concierge / Front of House Security Officer to provide a welcoming presence at a residential building. The role involves assisting residents, managing deliveries and post, monitoring the building, and helping to maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Greet residents, visitors, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Receive, record, and securely store deliveries and postal items.
• Notify residents when parcels or post have arrived.
• Provide assistance and support to residents where required.
• Monitor access to the building and challenge unauthorised visitors when necessary.
• Conduct regular patrols of communal areas and report any issues.
• Respond to resident enquiries and resolve minor issues where possible.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, deliveries, and daily activities.
• Ensure communal areas remain safe, clean, and presentable.
• Liaise with management, contractors, and emergency services when required.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, approachable, and reliable manner.
• Ability to remain calm and deal with situations effectively.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and communication.
• Previous concierge, customer service, or security experience is desirable but not essential.
• A valid SIA licence is preferred (if required by the site).

• Competitive pay of £13.57 per hour .
