Alternate Morning Saturday shifts are required.
Service Planner responsibilities:
- Create and manage service and maintenance plans for customer vehicles.
- Keep the service planning system (Prompt) updated with accurate vehicle and maintenance information.
- Schedule routine servicing, inspections, MOTs and tachograph calibrations.
- Contact customers to arrange and confirm planned maintenance dates.
- Prepare workshop schedules and service planning (including advance planning using T Cards).
- Monitor missed service occasions and support KPI targets.
- Manage the flow of job cards through to invoicing.
- Coordinate warranty and contract maintenance work.
- Support MOT bookings with approved testing facilities (ATFs).
- Prioritise workloads to ensure promised work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Provide general service reception support, including handling customer calls and covering reception when required.
- Assist with ad hoc duties as requested by management.
