Aspire People are currently recruiting for a number of English Teacher vacancies across secondary schools throughout Coventry and Warwickshire for September starts.
We are working closely with a variety of secondary schools seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English Teachers to join their teams on both a full-time and part-time basis. Opportunities are available across Key Stages 3 and 4, with some schools offering Key Stage 5 teaching for suitably experienced candidates.

The Role
Deliver engaging and effective English Language and Literature lessons.
Inspire students to develop strong literacy, reading, writing, and communication skills.
Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
Monitor and support student progress, helping them achieve their full potential.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.
Strong subject knowledge in English Language and English Literature.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for education and improving student outcomes.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
