About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring, and cloud technologies to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, hands-on experience with modern development practices, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications and microservices
- Build robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop responsive frontend components and integrate with RESTful APIs
- Work with cloud-native architectures and deploy applications on Amazon Web Services
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Apply strong engineering judgment to solve complex business and technical problems
- Leverage AI-assisted developer tools to improve development productivity and code quality
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong full stack development experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot
- Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Good understanding of databases, data analysis, and data-driven applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
