Fully Home Based Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Manager / Senior Block Manager – Fully home based (London portfolio) – c£60k

We’re working with a long-established, independent managing agent with regional offices across the UK.

Known for their impressive, diverse portfolio and bespoke approach to clients that include freeholders, developers and RTM/RMC’s, they are now looking to appoint an additional fully home-based senior property manager / senior block manager as follows:

• Fully home based (with regional offices available if required)
• Overseeing a Central London portfolio of 15/16 prestigious sites, of which 7/8 are high rise (so high rise/H&S technical knowledge ESSENTIAL)
• MTPI qualification required, alongside 5 years Property Management experience
• Stable career history with clear track record of progression from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager
• Diverse portfolio experience – new build, RTM and freeholder – with excellent relationship building skills across the spectrum
• Must have strong high rise block experience with a thorough understanding of the H&S / Fire Safety implications that these bring
• The successful Senior Property Manager / Senior Block Manager will undertake the full range of duties from budget preparation to major works consultation, insurance, and contractor oversight
• Good general IT / systems literacy essential

Salary for the successful Senior Property Manager / Senior Block Manager will start at up to £60k with pension, 25 days holiday and a genuine career path within one of the most desirable independent agents in the sector. As a designated home worker all site visits will be reimbursed at 45p per mile.
