We are currently looking for an experienced Ganger to join a long-term highways project based on the A4 Portway in Bristol.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual to lead a gang on a busy infrastructure project. You will be responsible for organising daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating groundworkers on site
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
• Organising daily tasks and maintaining productivity
• Communicating with supervisors and site management
• Assisting with deliveries, materials, and site organisation

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Ganger on highways or civils projects
• Valid CSCS Card
• Streetworks / NRSWA qualification preferred
• EUSR qualification advantageous
• CAT & Genny training
• Full Orange PPE required
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
