Gas Engineer

A Gas Engineer is required to work on social housing tenanted properties, on a long term contract, working across the Flintshire area. This is long term with the possibility of a permanent role.
You will be required to deliver high‑quality domestic gas servicing, repairs and safety checks within occupied social housing properties, ensuring compliance with Gas Safe regulations, landlord standards, and tenant satisfaction requirements. A van and fuel card will be provided. Pay rate is determined on method of payment.
Required:
- ACS Domestic Gas qualifications:
- CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1*, CKR1
- Valid Gas Safe registration (individual or under employer).
- Experience in social housing or domestic reactive maintenance.
- Strong diagnostics and repair background.
- Full UK driving licence.
