We’re hiring a qualified Gas Engineer to join a Property Services team delivering essential servicing, repairs and maintenance in domestic homes.
What you’ll do
- Carry out gas servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
- Install and replace boilers and heating systems (where required)
- Complete landlord safety checks and certifications
- Work across tenanted and void properties
- Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations
- Use mobile systems to manage and update jobs
- Deliver a professional, respectful service in customers’ homes
- Join an on-call rota (approx. 1 in 20 weeks)

- ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, etc.)
- Gas Safe registered (or eligible)
- Experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Experience working in occupied properties
- Full UK driving licence
