Location: Ipswich
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + OTE

Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated Gas Engineers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating systems across a range of domestic properties, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of heating systems in domestic properties
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and effectively
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with clients and tenants
• Provide clear updates on job progress and complete required documentation (electronic and manual)
• Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH compliance
• Manage stock responsibly, ensuring necessary parts are available for scheduled works

Skills & Experience

• Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications (essential):
  • CCN1
  • CENWAT
  • HTR1
  • CKR1
• OFTEC qualification (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Proven experience in domestic gas maintenance
• Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and industry standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
• Professional, approachable manner with strong communication skills
