Enjoy 3-6 month contract, weekly pay in Birmingham area as a Gas Compliance Surveyor on an interim basis. This role offers the chance to manage the big 6 and over see the contractors works.
 
You will be working for a well-known housing provider that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining high levels of compliance.
 
 
As the Gas Compliance Surveyor you will be:
Updating all compliance ensuring everything is in line with legislation
Ensuring all valuations are correct
Responsible for ensuring all work is priced correctly, supporting the contract delivery surveyors
Dealing with gas complaints from customers
 
Gas Compliance Surveyor Qualifications / Experience:
Previous experience managing gas complaints / liaising with customers
Acs Qualified
Social housing experience
Previous experience working as a QS valuating work
 
As the Gas Compliance Surveyor, you will receive:
£275 - £300 per day
3-6 month contract
Mileage coverage
