What you'll do:
- Deliver one-to-one or small group sessions tailored to the needs of vulnerable students
- Prepare clear, engaging lesson plans and resources aligned with GCSE curriculum
- Track student progress and provide constructive, encouraging feedback
- Inspire students to overcome challenges and succeed in their studies
What we're looking for:
- Strong knowledge of one or more GCSE subjects
- Experience tutoring or teaching, especially with vulnerable or disadvantaged children, is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting students' growth
