What you’ll be doing as General Manager:
You will have full P&L responsibility for a substantial business unit based in Kendal, with accountability for commercial performance, customer retention, profitability and long-term growth. 

You will lead an experienced management team, work closely with key customers and play a visible role in developing both the business and its people. 

What we’re looking for in a General Manager:
You may currently be a:
  • Regional Director
  • Business Unit Leader
  • Operations Director
  • Commercially focused Regional Manager
You'll be able to demonstrate:
  • Full or significant P&L accountability
  • Experience growing and retaining customer relationships
  • Confidence leading commercial discussions, including pricing and service reviews
  • A track record of improving profitability and business performance
  • Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial judgement combined with visible leadership
