Benefits for the Successful General Manager:
- Up to £65,000 basic salary
- OTE of £85,000

- Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams, managing recruitment, training, and performance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective cash flow management
- Oversee sales performance, KPIs, SLAs, and quality of service delivery
- Support workshop efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
- Manage the growth of inventory, parts, and facilities functions
- Identify opportunities for innovation, diversification, and operational expansion
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the automotive or engineering sectors
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Highly organised and strategic, with solutions-focused problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator capable of liaising confidently with board-level stakeholders
- Track record of delivering operational excellence and driving business growth
