We are recruiting for hardworking and reliable General Labourers to join a well-established and growing company based in Sittingbourne.

Unlike many construction and labouring roles, you will be based at a single site, meaning no constant travelling from project to project. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure stable, long-term employment with a company that values its workforce and promotes career development.

The Role

This is a hands-on role working outdoors in all weather conditions. The work can be physically demanding and can get very dirty throughout the day, so applicants must be comfortable working in a practical environment.

You will be supporting site operations, assisting with manual tasks, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am – 4:30pm
• Overtime available at weekends

Pay

• £13.00 per hour
• Regular overtime opportunities
• Weekly pay available

Requirements

Essential

✔ Valid CSCS Card

✔ Reliable and punctual

✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

✔ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

✔ Able to undertake physically demanding work

✔ Positive attitude and team-player mentality

Desirable

✔ Previous labouring or construction experience

✔ Confined Space experience or certification would be a distinct advantage

✔ Experience working in industrial, utilities, construction or maintenance environments
