Job Title: General Operative

Location: Loughborough

Salary: £12.81 - £16.65 per hour

• Days: £12.81 per hour
• Afternoons (15% uplift): £14.73 per hour
• Nights (30% uplift): £16.65 per hour

Shift Patterns:

• Days: 06:00 - 14:00 (Monday-Friday)
• Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00 (Monday-Friday)
• Nights: 22:00 - 06:00 (Sunday-Thursday)

The Company:

The General Operative Role:

Due to continued growth and the expansion of key contracts, the company is looking to recruit General Operatives to support operations across day, afternoon and night shifts.

Duties will include:

• Moving heavy materials throughout the production area
• Loading and unloading parts
• Assembly and production support work
• Basic metalwork duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Assisting with general warehouse and manufacturing tasks
• Any other duties as required

About You:

• Comfortable undertaking heavy lifting and manual handling duties
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Keen to learn new skills and undertake training
• Previous manufacturing, labouring, warehouse, or production experience is advantageous but not essential
• Able to commute to the Loughborough area
