- Maintain an understanding of market trends and competitors to foster growth and innovation
- Proven experience in a sales management role within a medium-to-large franchise-approved automotive dealership
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce
- Professional, calm, and strategic approach to dealership operations
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to anticipate and overcome challenges
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Full knowledge of FCA compliance standards
