The Role:
As part of the Research & Analysis Team, you will play a key role in supporting:

• Planning applications and appeals
• The promotion of land for development
• Preparation of planning policy work

You’ll be working on a wide range of projects, providing data-driven insights and supporting planners with evidence-based research.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Geography, Town Planning, or a related field
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data
• IT literacy, including word processing, database management, and spreadsheets
• A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
