The Role

As a Geography Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5
• Inspire curiosity around environmental, physical, and human geography
• Plan and assess high-quality lessons that support outstanding student progress
• Use effective differentiation strategies to support a diverse range of learners
• Contribute to enrichment opportunities, fieldwork, and departmental initiatives
• Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement, and achievement

The Ideal Geography Teacher Will Have:


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
• The ability to deliver inspiring and inclusive lessons
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success
• A collaborative and proactive approach to teaching and learning
