Main duties:
Generate new business opportunities across Europe by prospecting, engaging, and building strong client relationships, with a particular focus on German-speaking markets.
The role:
• Identify and engage new prospects across target industries and European markets, particularly within the DACH region
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and online research
• Qualify and respond to inbound enquiries to assess potential business opportunities
• Maintain and grow CRM database with accurate contact and company information
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their asset management needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client meetings and proposal development
• Support sales pipeline progression and work closely with business development leadership to advance opportunities
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry exhibitions, and global team meetings across Europe
The candidate:
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in B2B service sales or business development across European markets
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong prospecting skills with a proactive “hunter” mentality
• Proficient in using online platforms and research tools for outreach activities
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with international colleagues
• Confident, self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
• Additional European language skills such as French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Polish would be advantageous
The salary:
£35,000 – £38,000 basic depending on experience plus commission (OTE c. £70,000), flexible remote-first working environment, supportive and collaborative international team, opportunities for professional growth.
