What you’ll be doing

• Making outbound calls to conduct surveys with businesses
• Updating customer details and recording call outcomes accurately
• Following a simple call script and engaging confidently with German‑speaking contacts

(No sales targets, no cold selling — this is an information‑based calling role.)

What we’re looking for

• Fluent German speaker
• Confident communicator
• No previous experience required - full training provided
• Reliable, positive, and comfortable working in an office environment
