🕒 Hours: Rotating Shifts, Monday to Friday

• Week 1: 6:30am - 1:30pm
• Week 2: 1:30pm - 9:30pm

💷 Pay Rate: £13.43 per hour

🏭 Industry: Glass Manufacturing / Production

📆 Start Date: End of May preferred, however immediate starts available for the right candidate with relevant experience

We are currently recruiting an experienced Glass Gunner to join a well‑established glass manufacturing site based in HU2. This is a hands‑on production role operating within a fast‑paced environment, supporting the glass forming and finishing process.

This position operates on a rotating shift pattern, and candidates must have previous gunning experience to be considered.

• Carrying out glass gunning operations safely and efficiently
• Handling and guiding glass products through production stages
• Inspecting glass for defects and removing sub‑standard items
• Supporting machine operators and maintaining production flow
• Following strict health & safety and quality procedures
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
• Working to production targets and shift deadlines

• Previous glass gunning experience is essential
• Experience working in a glass manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of safety standards
• Physically capable of working in a production environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
• Able to work well as part of a team
