Description

As Global Marketing Category Manager, duties will include, however, not be limited to:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for media and market insights categories.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal value, quality, and service delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes for procurement activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on procurement performance and market trends.

Profile

A successful Global Marketing Category Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in procurement within the Marketing Category
  • Strong knowledge of media and market insights categories.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
