Are you a Graduate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to join one of Scotland's leading companies, offering full training, career progression, and the opportunity to work across a range of construction projects?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Commercial team working across New Build, Social Housing, and Commercial sectors. You will receive ongoing support and hands-on training as you develop your technical and commercial skills.

In this role, you will support the Commercial team with contracts, valuations, pricing variations, and project coordination, while also gaining exposure to client interaction and site visits.

• Supporting Quantity Surveying activities across a range of projects
• Assisting with contracts, valuations, and variations

The Person:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Motivated to develop a long-term career within construction
