Graduate Process Engineer

A global engineering and technology team based in Fareham are looking for a Graduate Process Design Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career working on innovative mechanical systems, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge industrial solutions.

You will be part of a collaborative, international environment where you will gain hands-on experience in process design, product development, and real-world engineering projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the design and development of industrial systems, particularly in thermal and fluid processes
• Assisting in the creation and evaluation of P&ID diagrams (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams)
• Contributing to the design of systems, pump skids, and process modules
• Working alongside global engineering teams to deliver tailored technical solutions
• Participating in engineering analysis (e.g. CFD, FEA) with guidance from experienced engineers
• Supporting engineering changes and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Chemical Engineering (or closely related discipline)
• Strong interest in process design, thermodynamics, and fluid systems
• Good understanding of engineering fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
