Graduate Quality Technician required for an award-winning manufacturer. This is a great opportunity to join a company at the forefront of technology and a true leader in their industry.
This role would suit a Quality Technician with an understanding of quality testing methods and an awareness of standards such as ISO9001. Industry specific training can be provided.
The successful candidate will be joining a small team responsible for checking components as they are delivered. You will identify material certification issues, such as missing items, poor quality etc. and liaise with suppliers to put resolutions in place.
The Graduate Quality Technician Role:
· Identify component / material issues and resolve with suppliers
· Liaise with the engineering team on quality issues
· Conduct witness testing on products
· Identify areas of improvement
· Support investigations and recordings of customer returned products
· Carrying out audits
The Graduate Quality Technician Candidate:
· Knowledge of testing methods
· Any manufacturing / engineering background
· Familiar with ISO9001 and other relevant standards
