Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Full Training & Career Development

Our client, a well-established and highly respected engineering consultancy, is seeking an ambitious Graduate Structural Engineer to join their growing team based in Hemel Hempstead.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career with a forward-thinking consultancy that offers structured training, hands-on project experience and genuine long-term progression.

As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers on a range of exciting projects across residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors. You will gain exposure to all stages of project delivery while developing the technical skills required for a successful career in consultancy.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with structural design calculations and analysis
• Preparing technical drawings, reports and documentation
• Supporting senior engineers on live projects from concept through to completion
• Liaising with architects, contractors and external consultants
• Attending site visits and project meetings
• Using industry-standard software and design tools
• Working toward professional Chartership status

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong academic understanding of structural principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ambition to progress within a consultancy environment
