Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 15:30
• Friday: 07:30 – 15:00

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a team of reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team. The role involves maintaining outdoor areas to a high standard, ensuring green spaces are tidy, safe, and well presented. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grass cutting using ride-on and pedestrian lawn mowers
• Strimming and edging around pathways, fences, and landscaped areas
• Hedge trimming, pruning, and general vegetation control
• Maintaining flower beds, borders, and planted areas
• Operating and maintaining power tools and equipment safely
• Clearing leaves, litter, and debris from grounds and outdoor spaces
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor work
• Experience using equipment such as lawn mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, and other power tools
• Full UK driving licence and towing experience essential
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Consistent weekday working hours with early finish on Fridays
