As part of our ground’s maintenance team, you’ll help us ensure that our communities are safe and well looked after. You’ll work with the team to make sure the communal spaces in our communities are well maintained, litter free and places that families are proud to call home.

You'll love working in different environments and take pride in a job well done. You’ll be enthusiastic, willing to learn, and open to trying new approaches. You’ll spend your days maintaining our community spaces, working with your team to improve the safety and look of our estates

What we are looking for:

Experience of working in an estate services role, including cleaning, clearance works. Dealing with dumped or fly tipped items as well as carrying out safety checks.

Full driving licence is required for this role.
