Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Depot Location: Bristol BS35

Hours: Monday to Friday (Standard day shifts + excellent overtime)

Initial Pay Rate: £14.78 per hour

Contract: 3-Month Probation with a clear path to a Permanent Position

Are you an experienced Grounds Maintenance professional looking for a stable role with a company that genuinely rewards hard work?

One of the area's leading horticulture and grounds specialists is looking for dedicated operatives to join their expanding team. Operating out of a depot near Redwick, you will work on a diverse and prestigious portfolio of commercial sites, including schools, business parks, industrial estates, and housing developments.

• Carrying out all aspects of general commercial grounds maintenance.

• Operating equipment safely, including pedestrian mowers, ride-on mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters.

• Ensuring all sites are completed to the high standards expected by commercial clients.

• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily site schedules.

• Experience: Solid experience and a strong working knowledge of the commercial grounds maintenance industry.

• Tickets: PA1/PA6 spraying certificates are strongly desired (but not essential).

• Attitude: Reliable, hard-working, and passionate about maintaining outdoor spaces.

This role offers immediate high earnings with a smooth transition into a secure, permanent contract.

• Boost Your Earnings: Plenty of overtime is available, paid at 1.5x your hourly rate after 3:30 PM.

• Permanent Package (After 3 Months):

  • Permanent pay rate of £14.78/hr + continued overtime at 1.5x the rate.
