Hours: Monday – Friday: Days + Call out rota

Our client, a prestigious agricultural dealer is recruiting for a hardworking, experienced and qualified Groundscare Machinery Service Engineer at their Cornwall depot.

This role will be working on a variety of equipment (not exhaustive) to include, Walk Behinds, Ride on, Mowers, Turf Equipment, Sprayers/Spreaders, Rakes, both in the workshop and on customer premises.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on Machinery (not limited to) in-house and on site.
• Perform pre-delivery set up on new or used equipment.
• Completion of job-related administration and reports (job cards/DTAC/ timesheets etc).
• Maintain a tidy and organised workstation.
• Competent to carry out vehicle diagnostics.
• Follow company health & safety rules.
• Undertake training.
• Mentor apprentices.
• Confident in the use of IT.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Vehicle driving licence.
• Ideally familiar with competitive products.
