Groundworker

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Groundworker to join our team based out of Mansfield. You will be handling all aspects of groundwork on projects locally and further afield.

This role requires travel on occasion, so you must be willing and able to work away on jobs when the project demands it.

What you will be doing:

• Site Preparation: Carrying out excavation, deep drainage, and trenching work to project specifications.

• External Works: Laying kerbs, flags, block paving, and managing reinstatement work.

• Services: Installing ducting, pipes, and associated infrastructure.

• Plant Operation: Operating forward-tipping dumpers or ride-on rollers safely if qualified.

• Travel and Teamwork: Working effectively on local sites in Mansfield and travelling to regional or national projects as required.

What you need:

• A valid CSCS Card (CPCS or NPORS for dumper/roller is a major advantage).

• Solid, hands-on experience in all aspects of groundwork.

• Full UK driving licence and your own reliable transport to get to the yard or local sites.

• Complete willingness to travel and work away from home when required.

• A strong commitment to site safety and a hard-working attitude.
