Location: Chelmsford
Rate: £210 per day
Start Date: Monday 20th April
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Ganger for a residential groundworks project based in Chelmsford. This role will involve leading a small team and overseeing key groundwork activities on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 3 operatives
• Installing 5 piling mats on a residential project
• Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Coordinating daily site activities and maintaining productivity
• Liaising with site management where required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Ganger
• Strong background in residential groundworks
• Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively
• SSSTS preferred but not essential
