Groundworks Supervisor / Manager – Norwich

Location: Norwich
Pay: £230 – £290 per day
Job Type: Long-Term Ongoing Work
Status: Outside IR35

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor / Manager for a long-term project in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing team working across all aspects of groundworks on a major ongoing development.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervising day-to-day groundwork operations on site
  • Managing gangs and subcontractors
  • Overseeing all aspects of groundworks including:
    • Drainage
    • Foundations
    • Kerbing
    • Slabbing
    • Roads & infrastructure
    • Concrete works
    • Excavations
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
  • Coordinating site activities and reporting progress
  • Liaising with site management and clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Groundworks Supervisor or Manager
  • Strong background in all aspects of groundworks
  • SSSTS / SMSTS preferred
  • CSCS Card required
  • Ability to lead teams and manage workloads effectively
  • Good communication and organisational skills
