Group Commercial Sales Manager – Manufacturing

We’re looking for a commercially driven leader to grow revenue across a group of 4 technical manufacturing businesses, with a strong emphasis on winning new business. The businesses specialise in

  • Laser cutting and fabrication
  • Printing
  • Precision engineering

Your role will be to lead sales strategy across all 4 businesses, exploring synergies between the customers and products, secure new opportunities, manage key accounts, and work closely with operations to deliver profitable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategy and revenue growth
  • Proactively win new business across OEMs, distributors, and end users
  • Manage key accounts, contracts, and pricing
  • Lead tenders, proposals, and negotiations
  • Align forecasts with production and supply chain
  • Track pipeline and performance via CRM

About You

  • Experience in B2B sales (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
  • The ability to sell a technical product.
  • Understanding the manufacturing process
  • Proven track record in new business development
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Understanding of pricing, contracts, and sales cycles
  • Strategic, customer-focused, and results-driven
