Group Commercial Sales Manager – Manufacturing

We’re looking for a commercially driven leader to grow revenue across a group of 4 technical manufacturing businesses, with a strong emphasis on winning new business. The businesses specialise in
- Laser cutting and fabrication
- Printing
- Precision engineering
Your role will be to lead sales strategy across all 4 businesses, exploring synergies between the customers and products, secure new opportunities, manage key accounts, and work closely with operations to deliver profitable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategy and revenue growth
- Proactively win new business across OEMs, distributors, and end users
- Manage key accounts, contracts, and pricing
- Lead tenders, proposals, and negotiations
- Align forecasts with production and supply chain
- Track pipeline and performance via CRM
About You
- Experience in B2B sales (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
- The ability to sell a technical product.
- Understanding the manufacturing process
- Proven track record in new business development
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and account management skills
- Understanding of pricing, contracts, and sales cycles
- Strategic, customer-focused, and results-driven
