Handyman

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman / Multi-Trader to join our clients team on a permanent, full-time basis, supporting high-quality residential Build-to-Rent developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering outstanding workmanship and customer service within modern residential communities.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works across occupied residential apartments and communal areas, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• General property maintenance and repairs.
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and patch plastering.
• Flooring, tiling, and minor refurbishment works.
• Responding to maintenance requests and defect rectifications.
• Conducting apartment inspections and preparing units for new residents.
• Maintaining communal areas and reporting any health and safety concerns.
• Delivering excellent customer service when interacting with residents and site teams.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman, Multi-Trader, Maintenance Operative, or similar role.
• Strong all-round trade skills, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.
• Experience working in residential properties.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
