Job Title: Mobile Multi-Trader / Handyman operative
Location: Regional (Sites within 1 hour of Northwood/Rickmansworth – including Reading & St Albans)
Position: Permanent, Full-Time (Self-employed contractors considered strictly on a full-time, exclusive basis)
Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 per annum (Depending on experience) + Van or Mileage Allowance

About the Role:
Lotus is seeking a reliable, versatile Multi-Trade Handyman to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role focused on completing final snagging and minor maintenance tasks across our residential development sites. All projects are located within a 1-hour radius of our base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travelling to various active sites to sign off and fix final snagging lists.
• Carrying out basic, non-structural multi-trade tasks including minor plumbing, painting/touch-ups, carpentry, and basic electrical adjustments.
• Ensuring a high-quality finish to meet company and client standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Solid, all-round knowledge of basic trades (Plumbing, Painting, Electrical, Carpentry).
• Excellent attention to detail—you take pride in a flawless finish.
• A valid UK driving licence (We can provide a company van, or you can use your own vehicle with a mileage allowance).
